White-label SEO & content care reports

Show clients the SEO work you did — written up by AI.

Website Care Report captures every SEO change your team makes — meta titles, focus keywords, canonicals, schema and more — then uses AI to turn that history into a polished, branded DOCX report. Automatically.

  • Every SEO change tracked
  • AI-written summaries
  • 100% white-label

Builder- & SEO-aware. Works with the stack you already run:

Why agencies use it

Proof of the SEO work — written for you.

Reports are built from a history the plugin records as you edit — not a slow scan of the whole site. Scroll through what makes it different.

01 — SEO tracking

Prove every SEO change, not just “page updated”.

The moment your team touches on-page SEO, it’s recorded — pulled straight from Rank Math, Yoast, All in One SEO or SEOPress. Your report shows exactly what was optimised, page by page.

  • Meta title
  • Meta description
  • Focus keyword
  • Canonical URL
  • Robots
  • Schema
02 — AI summaries

AI writes the client summary — automatically.

Every reporting period, AI turns the raw list of SEO and content changes into clear, plain-English narratives your clients actually read. Privacy-first: only a structured list of change labels is sent — never your page content.

  • Auto-generated
  • Plain English
  • Per-page
  • No content sent
03 — Change detection

Meaningful detail, not a timestamp.

Beyond SEO, it diffs each revision for the content changes that matter — so “updated the blog” becomes an itemised list clients can see the value in.

  • Titles & headings
  • FAQ sections
  • Internal & external links
  • Images
  • Word-count delta
  • Categories & tags
04 — White-label

100% your brand. Zero of ours.

Your agency name, logo and footer on a polished, editable DOCX. There’s no “Website Care Report” credit anywhere — it looks like you built the reporting system in-house.

  • Your logo
  • Your footer
  • Editable .docx
  • Email delivery
05 — Effortless delivery

Any period. Sent automatically.

Generate for Today, Last 7/30 Days, a month, or a custom range — then schedule recurring email digests through your existing SMTP. Logged via WordPress hooks, so it stays fast at any scale.

  • Last 7 / 30 days
  • Custom range
  • Scheduled digests
  • Any post type

How it works

Set it up once. Reports write themselves.

  1. 1

    Install & brand it

Activate the plugin, add your agency name, logo and footer, and pick which content types to track. From that moment it captures a baseline.

  2. 2

    Work as normal

Your team edits pages, posts and products. Behind the scenes each meaningful change is diffed and stored — content, SEO, links, media and more.

  3. 3

    Generate the report

Choose a period, toggle the sections you want, and export a polished DOCX — or email it to the client automatically on a schedule.

Depth that clients notice

Every SEO signal — and the details a “last modified” date never will.

Each save is compared against the previous snapshot. SEO changes lead the report; content changes back them up. A graceful “Content updated” fallback covers builder-specific edits, and plugin/theme/core updates are noted quietly at the end.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Does it send my page content to OpenAI?

No. Only a short, structured list of detected change labels (e.g. “Meta Title updated”, “Added 3 internal links”) is sent. Full page content is never transmitted, and AI summaries are entirely optional.

Will old changes appear in reports?

Only changes recorded after activation are included. The plugin builds its own history from the moment it starts listening, so reports reflect real, tracked activity.

Which SEO plugins are supported?

Rank Math, Yoast SEO, All in One SEO and SEOPress. Custom integrations can be added via the wcr_seo_providers filter. If none is active, SEO items are simply skipped.

Is the report really unbranded?

Yes. The exported DOCX carries your agency name, logo and footer only. There is no “Website Care Report” credit anywhere in the document.

Will it slow my site down?

No. Changes are logged via lightweight WordPress hooks into a dedicated table on save. Report generation reads that stored history instead of scanning the whole site, so it stays fast at any scale.

What do I need to run it?

WordPress 6.8+, PHP 8.1+, and the standard PHP ZipArchive extension (available on virtually all hosts) for DOCX export.
